  3. To provide you with goods which includes managing the collection and delivery of goods via Marine & Industrial LLP approved carrier services and via Marine & Industrial LLP operated vehicles.

  5. To contact you regarding your account, sending of invoices, credit notes, statements, missing/ overdue invoices, invoice queries and payment issues.

  6. To contact you with regards to the goods purchased from Marine & Industrial LLP, deliveries and collections of goods, damaged/ missing goods and non-conformity of goods supplied.

  7. To contact you regarding a complaint. All information provided with a complaint will be logged in our ISO 9001 system and reviewed by our senior management team.

  1. Your information may be shared for hotel and travel arrangements for seminars hosted by Marine & Industrial LLP in conjunction with our manufacturers.

  3. Your information may be shared with our suppliers for delivery of goods direct from the manufacturers and/ or for technical advice required for their products.

  5. Your information may be shared with our ISO 9001 consultants at the time of our audit to certify our accreditation.

  6. Your information may be shared with our appointed accountants, Solicitors and other professional services including our bankers, credit agency, debit collection agency, law enforcement and HMRC.

A full list of our suppliers is available on written request. Marine & industrial LLP will not sell/ supply your information to any other third parties without your consent.

Where we store your personal information

  1. All of the personal data that you provide to us is stored on our secure servers located at our head office. We use our best endeavours to ensure that your data is held securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

  2. Offsite backups are securely held by Marine & Industrial LLP employed staff as part of our disaster recovery plan, to ensure that we can get back up and running quickly in the event of a disaster.

How long we retain your personal data for?

We will hold your personal information as long as you trade with Marine & Industrial LLP. Trading data including invoices will be held for at least the minimum amount of time that we are legally required to hold it for.
